• Property Management/ Caretaking Fee: $350 - $800 per month. Depends on the size of the house and the circumstances. This includes being on call 24/7 and checking the property when vacant. The caretaking fee is billed monthly. Frequency of visits can be discussed.

  • Hot Tub Fee: $150 - $175 per month. Includes weekly check, testing the water, adding appropriate chemicals, and cleaning up around the tub. This is billed monthly. Draining, cleaning, and refilling is a minimum of $225.

  • Vehicle Delivery: $70 per hour. May include washing the vehicle, air in the tires, shuttling to the airport, etc. Other concierge services fall under this rate including stocking the fridge prior to arrival, turning on the heat, or other requests.

  • Cleaning: $60 per hour.

  • Basic Labor: $70 per hour. May include ground shoveling, lawn care, lawn furniture, gardening, basic maintenance, painting/staining, grocery shopping.

  • Seasonal Prep: $70 per hour. Winterization, Spring start up, gutter cleaning.

  • Fire Mitigation: Cost depends on lot size, vegetation density, and terrain. I am a certified sawyer and I have extensive knowledge in wildland firefighting/fuel load management.

  • Snow Removal: $75 per hour. Includes driveway plowing and property snow blowing.

  • Trash: $70 per hour. Includes taking trash and recycling out. Putting containers back at the end of the day.

  • Roof Maintenance: $95 per hour. Roof shoveling. Leaks. Anything on the roof.

  • Minor Household Repairs: $95 an hour. Supplies needed for any repairs will have 15% added in addition to the $95 per hour.

  • Major Household Repairs: Work requiring a certified position will be their cost plus 15%.
